Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center

West Boylston, MA 01583, USA
- Saturdays & Sundays only (every other weekend or every weekend) NOT Per-Diem
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Support nursing staff with vital signs and resident needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
- MA CNA license (in good standing)
- Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability is required
- Supportive team environment
- Stable, consistent hours
