Position: Behavior Technician (BT)

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data during therapy sessions
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Support positive behavior development and skill acquisition
  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals
Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • $22-28 per hour
  • Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
  • Flexible scheduling based on availability
  • Monday-Friday schedules available
  • Weekend opportunities available
  • 10-40 hours per week, depending on position and availability
Qualifications For Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • No ABA experience required – paid training provided
  • Experience working with children is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and professional
  • Passion for helping children succeed
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
