Client demand is growing, and we're adding more caregivers to our team. SYNERGY Home Care is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are ready to provide exceptional one-on-one care in Weymouth, MA.

Every visit matters. As a CNA or HHA, you'll help clients remain independent while providing the compassionate care they deserve.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.

• Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding.

• Completing light housekeeping and laundry.

• Providing companionship and emotional support.

• Offering medication reminders.

• Observing and reporting changes in clients' health or condition.

• Creating a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment.

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Certified as a CNA or HHA.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.

• Strong communicators with a positive attitude.

• Reliable transportation is preferred.

• Home care experience is a plus, but motivated new caregivers are welcome to apply.
