$17.50 per hour | Urgently Hiring | Daytime Shifts Available Right at Home Boston and Maine’s Malden office is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and CNAs for full-time positions supporting clients in Reading, North Reading, Wakefield and surrounding communities.
Join a supportive team and make a meaningful difference by helping older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Provide medication reminders
Accompany clients to appointments and errands when assigned
Document services and report changes in a client’s condition
Follow the client’s care plan and company safety requirements
Qualifications
Previous caregiving experience is preferredCNA, HHA, or personal care experience is a plus Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Effective communication skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned service area Ability to complete all required background checks, health documentation, and training
Legally authorized to work in the United States Pay and Schedule Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
