Full-Time Hospice Aide

Broad Reach Hospice is hiring a Full-Time Hospice Aide and offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

We are looking to add a compassionate, caring care professional to our team that can provide direct patient care in patients’ homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities throughout the mid- and lower Cape areas.

• Provide direct patient care in patients’ homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities throughout the mid- and lower Cape.
• Assist with patients’ ADLs (activities of daily living).
• Follow the patients’ plan of care and complete documentation of care given.
• Communicate regularly with the nurse case manager.

• Valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Experience with home health or hospice care is preferred, though we welcome applicants regardless of experience.

• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Occasional Saturday availability required.
• Rotating cover on holidays (currently one holiday per year).

Pay range: $20 – $27.50 per hour, depending on years of experience. $2,500 sign-on bonus is also available.
