• You’ll work with people who have big, real world needs, from mobility and medical care to daily routines, communication, and fun activities.

• You’ll team up with families, medical professionals, and other support workers to keep everything running smoothly.

• Person-centered planning:
  Chat with the client (and family/advocates), get the know them and understanding of goals and routines.
