School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) contract role for 18 weeks in Byfield, Massachusetts. The position offers up to $70 per hour and requires a valid BCBA license with at least one year of experience. Candidates will deliver behavioral analysis and intervention planning for elementary and middle school students.
Key Responsibilities:Provide behavioral analysis and intervention planning for elementary and middle school students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Implement evidence‑based behavioral strategies to support student success
Monitor and record progress, adjusting interventions as needed
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district policies
Valid BCBA license
Minimum 1 year of experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work weekdays during day shifts
