Pay, Flexibility, and Benefits

Starting pay: $18/hour and up
, based on experience and assignment.

As a PCA, you will provide essential one-on-one support that helps clients stay independent, safe, and comfortable r responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals with clients whenever possible
• Providing medication reminders
• Helping with grocery shopping, errands, and other daily tasks
• Completing light housekeeping, such as laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning
• Observing clients' well-being and reporting changes to the care team
• Responding appropriately and responsibly during emergencies

• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Prior PCA, HHA, CNA, or caregiving experience is helpful, but not required
• Clear English communication skills-speaking, reading, and writing
• A respectful, patient, compassionate, and dependable approach
• Strong time-management skills and attention to client safety
• Willingness to follow care plans, health standards, and agency guidelines
