• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients
• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote functional mobility, independence, and quality of life
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes patient well-being and satisfaction

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or related field
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Massachusetts
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient populations
