Position: Direct Support Professional II (3294)
Location: East Wareham

Direct Support Professional II

Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours

Schedule:

() Sunday 9-4p, Monday 2-10p, Wednesday 2-11p, Friday 2-11p and Saturday 4-11p. Mandatory staff meeting occurs the third Friday of every month 10am-12pm

, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential
. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential
, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour
. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non‑Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.

All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED/HiSET
  • Active US driver's license issued from your state of residence
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
