• Valid SLPA license or certification in the state of Massachusetts
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document student progress accurately

• Passion for motivating and uplifting children of diverse backgrounds

• Assist in the implementation of speech and language therapy plans designed by supervising SLPs
• Deliver individual or small group therapy sessions to students, both in and out of the classroom
• Support data collection and progress tracking to monitor student outcomes
• Collaborate with school staff and participate in team meetings as needed
• Maintain organized records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Encourage a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
