Outer Cape Health Services is seeking a Central Scheduler to optimize patient access and staffing across Orleans health sites. You’ll coordinate daily provider and staff schedules, track coverage, and support PTO processes.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you’ll use Paycom data to forecast needs, ensure equitable staffing, and communicate schedules to clinicians and leaders across our three sites.
