Location: South Yarmouth
Role
Physical Therapist in a facility-based setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
ResponsibilitiesAssess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, deliver physical therapy, and collaborate with peers to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and recovery, providing patient-centered, individualized treatment to restore physical abilities and enhance overall well-being.
Qualifications & Skills- Valid Physical Therapy license for practice state(s) or proof of eligibility.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent; or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
- Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent.
Compassionate healer, adaptable to patient needs, team player, and committed to ongoing learning. Knowledge of patient education and ability to create effective treatment programs are essential.
