As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their full potential and regain independence.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to our patients. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct sessions, and analyze patient progress. Your exceptional communication skills and patient-centered approach will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments, and document findings accurately

• Provide therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, gait training, and other interventions

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve patient goals

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Education
  :
  Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Studies or related field

• Experience
  :
  Minimum (n/a) years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• License/Certification
  :
  Current PTA certification and Massachusetts licensure (if required)
