Position Description

We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Lee, MA. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is committed to improving patient outcomes and helping individuals regain communication skills, swallowing function, and independence in daily life.

In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. You will play a key role in supporting recovery, maximizing functional outcomes, and enhancing overall quality of life.

  • Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current BLS certification preferred
  • Previous SNF, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
