GUARDIAN ANGEL SENIOR SERVICES was created with a vision & mission so that they could make a difference in the lives of seniors maintaining their dignity by hiring individuals who have the heart of a caregiver, a passion for this field, and a commitment to the clients.

We're looking for a Home Health Aide Certified/Certified Nursing Assistant to support a senior in Marlborough with safe, respectful morning care that helps them start the day comfortably and with dignity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with morning routines
• Support safe mobility and transfers as needed
• Offer friendly companionship and clear communication with the client/family
• Follow the care plan and document updates per guidelines

Required qualifications/skills:

• Active HHA or CNA certification
• Reliable, on-time, and comfortable working onsite in Marlborough
• Must be able to speak Vietnamese

Your shift is short, steady, and focused: you'll arrive early, get a quick read on how the morning is going, and settle into a calm routine. Weekdays run 6:30am–8:30am, with weekend check-ins from 7:30am–8:30am. You'll wrap up by making sure everything is set for the rest of the day, share any quick notes, and head out knowing you helped make the morning smoother.
