Navigator Homes of Martha’s Vineyard is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join an interdisciplinary care team on Martha’s Vineyard. The PT will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, provide skilled services to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence, and collaborate with nursing and medical staff.
Flexible options include full-time, part-time or per diem schedules to fit facility needs.
