• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients with diverse physical and medical needs
• Conduct physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, focusing on exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions
• Observe and record patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients
• Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a safe and clean environment for all patients

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or related field
• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
