4 Centennial Drive, Peabody, MA.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Be part of a specialty care team supporting patients through important neurosurgery and spine care visits.
• Work a consistent weekday schedule with no evening or weekend shifts.
• Use your clinical and administrative skills to help patients feel prepared, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with experienced providers and care team members in a professional, patient-centered environment.

• Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice.
• Assist during office visits, including rooming patients and supporting examinations, procedures, and treatments as directed.
• Perform clinically appropriate care coordination tasks, such as general patient guidance, test results, prescription refill support, and related follow-up needs.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized, and safe patient care areas.
• Interact with patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.

• High School diploma/GED
• Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire

• Medical Assistant Course or diploma program or a minimum of 1-year professional experience
• National MA Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT
