CNA/HHA/PCA - $20 to $23/Hour - Flexible Shifts

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Millis, MA
. We’re looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who want flexible scheduling, reliable weekly pay, and the opportunity to provide meaningful support to clients in their homes.

• $20 to $23 per hour

• Urgent hiring needs

Provide personalized, non-medical care based on each client’s needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Performing light housekeeping
• Supporting clients with daily routines
• Following care plans and reporting client needs or concerns

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
