The Opportunity: We are currently looking for a
Weekend Admissions Screener
to join our dynamic Admissions Team. In thisrole you will screen referrals for admission to Liberty Commons Skilled Nursing Facility and complete new patient sign-ins. You will work closely with potential patients and their families to determine their eligibility and to improve the admissions process as needed to help our organization grow.

Your Role and Impact:

• The role will be
  every weekend - SATURDAY & SUNDAY. Onsite work is preferred but remote or hybrid alternative is an option as well. The typical hours are from8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
• The pay is based on an 8 hour day, ranging hourly from $37 to $50, commensurate with experience.
• Screen referrals using electronic platformsEPICand4
  
  NEXTfor admission to Liberty Commons Skilled Nursing Facility(Clinical background preferred but not required).
• Assisting in the admissions decision-making process by evaluating patient applications.
• Providing patients &families with information regarding admissions requirements and processes.
• Complete new patient sign-ins.
