Hourly rate up to $34/hr. and $45/hr. $3 Shift differential on weekends!

• Graduate of an accredited COTA Program
• Current and in good standing discipline specific state license.
• One (1) year experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long Term-Care preferred but not required.
