Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30 35 hrs/wk
Responsibilities- Support and encourage individuals in meeting their rehabilitation goals through the implementation of support strategies in Day Habilitation service plans
- Participate in the training of individuals with developmental disabilities in rehabilitation goals
- Support and encourage individuals in meeting their habilitation goals
- Provide direct support to individuals including feeding, toileting and other ADL’s
- Lifting and positioning of people who use wheelchairs
- High school diploma or GED. One year of experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
Summary
Up to 80% health care paid.
