CNA/HHA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNA and HHA caregivers in Upton, MA. We are looking for caring, dependable professionals who can provide compassionate in-home support and help clients maintain comfort and independence.
What We Offer- $20 to $23 per hour

- Weekday and weekend shifts
- Flexible scheduling
- Immediate openings in Upton
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
- Follow individual care plans and daily routines
- Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
- Active CNA or HHA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
- Available for weekday and/or weekend shifts
