This Medical Secretary position is in a busy 2 MD/3 NP family practice in Millis. Seeking a motivated Medical Secretary to join our dedicated clinical team. We are looking for an individual who brings a positive attitude

. This position requires flexibility, strong multitasking abilities, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear, professional communication.
Should be comfortable cross training on medical assistant duties.
Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week
- Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Experience with referrals

- Answering and handling telephone calls from providers, patients, etc., including triaging calls appropriately
- Checking patients in and out for their appointments
- Scheduling appointments including making referral and ancillary appointments
- Supporting physicians in their day-to-day work schedule
- Processing requests for referrals and prescription refills
