Nova Leap Home Health is seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs to provide individualized care and support to older adults in their own homes. Instead of caring for multiple residents at once in a facility setting, home care gives you the opportunity to focus your attention on one client at a time

As a CNA with Nova Leap Home Health, you will provide care based on each client's individualized care plan. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing toileting and incontinence care
• Assisting with walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
• Providing companionship and social engagement
• Supporting clients with activities of daily living
• Providing medication reminders and permitted assistance with self-administration
• Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
• Providing respite support to family caregivers
• Monitoring the client's general condition and well-being
• Recognizing and reporting changes in physical, cognitive, or behavioral condition
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment in the client's home
• Following established care plans and safety procedures
• Assisting with specialized care activities when permitted and after appropriate training

Most importantly, you'll be a dependable and reassuring presence for clients and families who have chosen to receive care at home.

We're looking for CNAs who understand that exceptional care is about more than completing tasks. It requires patience, professionalism, communication, and genuine respect for the people we serve.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Current CNA certification
• Experience working with older adults
• Home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar caregiving experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependability and professionalism
• Ability to work independently in a client's home
• Ability to recognize and communicate changes in a client's condition
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and appropriate automobile insurance
• Ability to meet Nova Leap Home Health training and continuing education requirements
• Ability to successfully complete required employment and background screening
