Transportation Driver – Adult Day Care

Join our Adult Day Health Program as a Transportation Driver, providing safe, reliable transportation while helping individuals stay active and connected in their community.

Required to apply:
Applicants must have held a full, valid driver's license for at least two (2) years. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Boylston Adult Day Center Address: 764 N. Main St, Brockton, MA 02301 Wage: $18.00/hour | Sign-On Bonus: $500

Schedule:

Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM No evenings. No on-call shifts!

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
• 2 years of driving experience
• Must pass required background check and drug screening prior to hire
• Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator

What You'll Do

• Safely transport older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities between their homes, the day center, community programs, and appointments
• Assist passengers with boarding, securing, and exiting the vehicle
• Complete daily vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and report service needs
• Support day program staff with participant care, activities, meals, and general assistance
