Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors throughout Sunderland, MA and surrounding communities

Whether you're an experienced PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker
, or you're completely new to caregiving, there's an opportunity for you to make a difference while building a rewarding career.

Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.

To qualify, you must:

• Work at least 20 hours per week
• Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes
.

Your compassion and reliability can make someone's day easier, safer, and brighter.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands and grocery shopping
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

We're looking for caregivers who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Professional and respectful
• Able to communicate clearly in English
• Organized and able to manage time effectively
• Committed to client safety and confidentiality
• Able to provide reliable transportation
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable
