Location: Millis
CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Millis, MA for a 12-hour overnight shift
. We are looking for a dependable and compassionate caregiver who can provide attentive, consistent support throughout the overnight hours.

What You'll Do
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Assist with meals and other daily needs as required
- Provide companionship and reassurance
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
- Follow the client’s care plan and established routines
- Monitor and communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Able to commit to a 12-hour overnight shift
