SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Mendon, MA. We are seeking caring, dependable caregivers who are ready to provide personalized in-home support and assist clients with their daily routines.

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
Follow individual care plans and daily routines
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
