Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage the Rehabilitation Department

Oversee the daily operations of the Rehabilitation Department, including developing and implementing clinical programs, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Develop and Implement Clinical Programs
:
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs that promote patient independence, mobility, and overall well-being. - Foster Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Work closely with other departments, including nursing, therapy, and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes. - Monitor and Evaluate Clinical Outcomes

Analyze and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care. - Recruit and Retain Staff

Develop and maintain a high-performing staff, providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback to support professional growth and job satisfaction. - Promote Patient-Centered Care
