School-Based Physical Therapist Contract for 36 weeks in Jefferson, MA. Provide high-quality PT services to students, supervise PTAs, and collaborate with school staff to meet student goals.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students in a school setting
Supervise 2 PTAs to ensure effective student care
Collaborate with educators and staff to support student needs
Document and report student progress accurately
Adapt therapy plans to meet individual student goals and safety standards
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Current state license as a Physical Therapist
Minimum 1 year experience in school-based physical therapy
Ability to deliver services and supervise 2 PTAs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with a small caseload
Flexible schedule daytime shifts
Background check required
Ability to work in a school setting with focus on student care and safety
Skills:
CPR/BLS certification

You hold a valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license. You have at least one year school-based PT experience. You can supervise two PTAs and manage a small caseload
