Role
Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
ResponsibilitiesConduct home visits, assist patients recovering from injuries or illnesses to improve mobility and well-being under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Engage in periodic office meetings and provide patient care in a variety of settings.
Qualifications & SkillsAssociate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, active State License, CPR and BLS certifications, reliable transportation, driver’s license, and familiarity with basic computer use. Knowledge of online HR and training platforms is preferred.
Key DutiesSupport patient recovery through home visits, collaborate with healthcare team, and maintain documentation. Adapt to diverse environments and ensure quality care delivery.
