- South is seeking a Behavioral Health Navigator to join the Behavioral Health team in the Emergency Department. This part-time role will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to determine appropriate care for patients in behavioral health crisis and coordinate with outpatient providers, DMH, DCF, families, and schools.
The navigator will perform confidential interviews, contribute to treatment planning, document in medical records, and provide education/consultation
