Bar Manager – The Ocean Club | Martha’s Vineyard
The Ocean Clubis seeking an experienced Bar Manager
to lead our bar team for the upcoming season. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building a strong team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and training the bar team
- Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Maintaining high standards for cocktails, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborating with management on bar programming and operations
Qualifications:
- Previous bar management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, seasonal environment
