Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging and taking a sincere interest in guests.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, handle luggage unloading and offer information about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
• Assist guests throughout their stay as the bell person/guest services attendant.
• Work with the team to deliver a personalized experience to each guest.
• Stand and move throughout the hotel for the full shift, including elevator and valet lot areas.
• Resolve issues that arise and maintain a professional, pleasant demeanor.
• Ensure guests receive a “WOW” experience that goes beyond the norm.

• At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the past six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Outgoing, engaging, pleasant, helpful personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Availability to work full shift, including weekends and holidays.

Hourly rate: $18 per hour.
