We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced Front Desk Manager. Our Front Desk Manager needs to provide a high level of customer service and maintain a profile in the day to day front office operations. We welcome career-oriented applicants.
The main role of the Front Desk Manager position is to address guest concerns and provide customer satisfaction. This dynamic job includes a variety of other tasks including; hiring and training new employees, managing the front desk, scheduling, reports, payroll and other managerial duties.
We are a guest-oriented and socially conscious business looking for someone who can provide outstanding guest service and excel at training others to do the same. This is a full-time year round position.

Manage or motivate Front Desk team provide a high standard of service for guests
Hire, train, and provide support for the Front Desk team.
Review Arrival List to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests
Ensure that the pricing policy and internal audit procedures are duly applied
Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
Assist guest switch requests and/or complaints
Ability to recognize tasks and delegate them to the appropriate team member/department
Handle check-ins/check-outs and make or provide guest room keys for lost/locked out guest
Excited about creating a warm family atmosphere for guests and staff while maintaining high standards
Post charges to the Property Management System (Opera Cloud)
Handle lost and found items utilizing the established guidelines and procedures
Complete department/shift checklists and/or reports
Communicate professionally at all times with all staff and management
Support team members and interns while fostering a positive work environment
Work safely, address/report safety issues, and use proper personal protective equipment
Comply with work shift schedules and break requirements
Perform other duties as assigned, including additional lodge support as needed EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED; college degree a plus Minimum one-year prior work experience in Front Desk Management; hospitality preferred
Experience successfully living/working in rural/remote environment preferred COMPETENCIES/REQUIRED
