Description:

The position of Concierge includes but is not limited to ensuring that the needs and requests of hotel guests are met, and that each guest has a memorable stay. Adhering to and practicing the Chatham Bars Inn Service Standards which are in line with Forbes Five Star Standards and Triple AAA Five Diamond Standards. Meet and exceed the guests  expectations by being attentive to their needs, pay attention to what they are asking for, and work hard to make their experience the best it can be by delivering in a timely fashion.

This also means listening to what is not said as that is where we can capture opportunities to exceed expectations. Assist In-house and out of house guests with locating suitable dining, entertainment, boating, and travel accommodations both inside and outside the resort. Manage appointments and reservation requests for various dining and recreational activities for Guests and Members. Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward guests, other employees and management staff.
