✨ What You’ll Own & Lead
  • Drive the onboarding process by managing CORI documentation and overseeing Re‑CORI cycles.
  • Track and coordinate BLS certifications—keeping clinical staff up‑to‑date and supported.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, audit‑ready personnel files.
  • Support performance review cycles by keeping managers on track and informed.
  • Serve as a go‑to HR resource, providing guidance on Personnel Policies & Procedures.
  • Be a key player in shaping employee engagement, recognition, and appreciation efforts.
  • Travel occasionally for job fairs and other HR‑related events.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR or HR‑adjacent experience.

  • Fully on‑site position with the opportunity to shift to a hybrid schedule after 6–12 months.
  • Flexible 8‑hour workdays between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Contract to Hire position based out of Worthington, MA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
