Location: West Bridgewater

King & Bishop is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established seasonal organization based in West Bridgewater, MA. This is a short-term opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to support high-volume seasonal onboarding and payroll operations.

The organization is preparing to re-onboard 200–300 returning seasonal employees, in addition to supporting ongoing payroll-related activities. This is a hands‑on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing high-volume HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume seasonal employee re‑onboarding (200–300 returning employees)
  • Process onboarding documentation through ADP Workforce Now
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with all employment documentation and payroll setup
  • Support payroll administration and data entry as needed
  • Maintain employee records and update information in HRIS
  • Serve as a point of contact for onboarding-related questions
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all onboarding workflows
Qualifications
  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now (required)
  • Prior onboarding experience, ideally in a high-volume or seasonal environment
  • Payroll support or payroll processing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work on‑site in West Bridgewater 5 days per week
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
