Location: Southfield

Pro Care Unlimited by Abound Health is seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical part in ensuring new hires have a smooth, compliant, and welcoming onboarding experience. You will be responsible for managing employment documentation, supporting onboarding workflows, and helping maintain high-quality hiring compliance standards. This role is onsite, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The office is address is 24725 W 12 Mile Rd, Suite 200, Southfield, MI 48034.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review employment packets for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify I-9 documentation and ensure all required hiring documents are collected
  • Review pay details and employment information with new hires
  • Ensure all onboarding and credentialing requirements are met in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Provide a professional, timely, and positive onboarding experience
  • Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS systems
  • Partner with internal teams to support efficient onboarding processes
Qualifications
  • Experience in HR, onboarding, staffing, or administrative support (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS or data-entry systems (preferred)
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation & Benefits

The target hourly pay range for this full-time position is between $20-$22/hr.

Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.

In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits beginning on your 60th day of employment.
