• Understanding of creative marketing project worktypes and resourcing in an Agency type environment.
• Base knowledge of Workfront or similar project/resource management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Based in the US and supporting our global creative team, this role will support global resource management based in India to assign resources on US time. Resource managers allocate on new projects, adjust or reprioritize on existing projects, monitor our resource tracker for load balancing our personnel, and work with other strategic account services teammates to ensure the right people are working on the right work, for the right amount of time.

• Fulfill resource requests for Creative talent on Global Brand & Creative projects.
• Timely review and processing of resource requests.
• Identify and assign suitable talent, liaising to validate capacity, availability, and that skills match where appropriate.
• Keep Project Managers and Creative Leads updated on assignments.
• Collaborate with PMs and talent to adjust schedules and reflect the work efforts planned hours / durations for assignments.
• Actively seek assignment opportunities for resources coming available.
• Ensure resource allocations are kept up to date for capacity and utilization, forecasting and availability.

This position’s internal clients are Project Management and Creative team leads. Our teams consists of approximately 50+ people for reference.
