What You’ll Be Doing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Post job openings across major platforms (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.)
  • Source and engage candidates for a variety of roles across the organization
  • Conduct initial phone screens and candidate outreach
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Support onboarding and orientation, serving as a welcoming point of contact for new hires
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Qualifications
  • Internship experience up to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent coordination
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple openings and priorities
  • Professional discretion when handling confidential information
  • Interest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition or HR
