This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with internship experience or someone with 1–3 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience who wants hands-on exposure across the full hiring lifecycle.

• Post job openings across major platforms (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc.)
• Source and engage candidates for a variety of roles across the organization
• Conduct initial phone screens and candidate outreach
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Support onboarding and orientation, serving as a welcoming point of contact for new hires
• Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

• Internship experience up to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple openings and priorities
• Professional discretion when handling confidential information
• Interest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition or HR

• Early in their career and eager to develop recruiting skills
• Energized by mission-driven work
• Looking for stability, learning, and long-term growth rather than a short-term contract role
