The Nagler Group is partnering with an established hospitality organization on the South Shore that is looking to add an HR Manager to their team.

This is a hands‑on HR role and a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist or HR Specialist who is ready to take the next step into an HR Manager position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning day‑to‑day HR operations while serving as an approachable, visible resource for employees and managers.

• Employee relations, coaching and performance management
• Benefits administration and employee support
• FMLA, MA PFML and leave administration
• Onboarding, offboarding and employee changes
• Payroll, timekeeping and PTO support
• 401(k) administration and reporting
• HR compliance, policies and documentation
• HRIS administration and reporting
• Supporting managers with day‑to‑day employee matters

• 5+ years of hands‑on HR experience
• Broad HR Generalist experience across employee relations, benefits and HR operations
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence handling sensitive employee matters
• Experience with ADP or a similar HRIS
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to independently manage priorities
• Comfortable working with a diverse employee population
