Bruker is seeking a seasoned Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to co-lead the people strategy and execution across the region, covering the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. The role supports a diverse workforce of more than 1,200 employees and operates within a complex, matrixed global organization, alongside other business group HR professionals.
This is a senior, high-impact role for an HR professional who thrives in complexity, partners closely with business leaders, and brings both strategic perspective and hands-on execution capability. The successful candidate will help shape organizational effectiveness, guide leaders through change, and ensure consistent, compliant HR practices while respecting country-specific needs.

Major Responsibilities:
· Lead and execute HR strategies and key initiatives across the Americas region, aligned with global priorities and local requirements
· Align workforce capabilities with business strategy to build a future-ready organization
· Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, talent management, retention, and leadership development
· Use regional and country insight to influence enterprise-level people strategies and drive meaningful change
· Collaborate across HR functions (HRBPs, HR Service Delivery, Total Rewards, HRIT, Talent Acquisition, Talent and Organizational Development) to ensure seamless delivery of HR solutions
· Support managers in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
Trusted Advisor and Leadership Coaching
· Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on talent, organization design, workforce planning, M&A integration, and transformation initiatives
· Provide leadership and guidance on succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, and change management
Change Management and Innovation
· Lead and support organizational change initiatives to adapt to evolving business environments
· Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by promoting agile HR practices
