We are seeking a Recruiter to join our mission-driven community health center and help attract talented professionals who share our commitment to serving the communities around us.

Working closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and leaders across the organization, the Recruiter will manage the recruitment process, build strong candidate relationships, partner with hiring managers, and create a positive, seamless candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across the organization, including clinical, administrative, and support roles within the FQHC.
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including developing and posting job vacancies on multiple recruitment platforms and managing candidate communications.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process and provide informed recommendations to support effective hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers and coordinate completion of required pre-employment documentation.
  • Coordinate employee credentialing and privileging paperwork for clinical new hires in collaboration with the Credentialing Coordinator and appropriate department heads.
  • Manage and coordinate the new hire onboarding process for all employees.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly New Hire Orientation sessions, including completion of required paperwork and benefits enrollment.
  • Coordinate new-hire access to the LMS, IT systems, EHR, and other organizational systems.
  • Communicate with new employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process to ensure timely completion of required documentation and onboarding activities.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach activities to promote the organization and develop candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources, schools, community organizations, and other external partners as appropriate.
  • Assist in identifying creative and effective approaches to recruitment and employee attraction.
  • Maintain knowledge of current job market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Assist with employee recognition and appreciation activities as needed.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
  • Assist with HR projects and other duties as assigned by the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting or human resources experience required.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Current, valid driver's license required; occasional travel to other locations, job fairs, and recruitment events may be required.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required; experience with HRIS preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with candidates, employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of employment practices and applicable employment laws.
