Human Resources Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary:

At Vantage at Lowell, we are seeking a talented Human Resource/Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring quality care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. About the Role:

As a Human Resource/Staffing Coordinator at Vantage at Lowell, you will be responsible for maintaining daily staffing needs, processing timecards and payroll, completing new hire onboarding, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will be the point of contact for all staffing-related matters and will work closely with the nursing team to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily staffing needs for the facility
  • Maintain open positions tracking
  • Process timecards and payroll
  • Complete new hire onboarding, including recruiting, scheduling interviews, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Provide outstanding customer service to employees, residents, and families

Schedule:
  • Employment Type:

    Full-Time
  • Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annual salary

Requirements &

Skills:
  • Preferred at least one year of experience in scheduling nursing staff
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Preferred at least one year of experience processing timecards and payroll

    Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
