SAP S​/HANA Master Data Governance Lead

Overview

We are seeking a motivated SAP S/4 HANA MDG Consultant with a passion for data governance processes in S/4 HANA. The consultant will assist in workshops, configuration, requirement gathering, implementation, and support for customer projects, working closely with a team of experienced professionals.

• Assist in workshops, configuration, requirement gathering, implementation, and support for data governance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify master data requirements and develop data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Develop and maintain data validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
• Analyze and resolve data-related issues and errors.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end‑users.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SAP MDG with other SAP systems and stay up‑to‑date with releases, updates, and best practices.

• SAP MDG Functional Consultant with experience designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Master Data Governance solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MDG and master data management concepts.
• Experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP Net Weaver.
• Good knowledge of customer, supplier, material, and finance objects (cost center, chart of accounts, profit center).
• Minimum 2 end‑to‑end implementation projects and 2 support projects.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Understanding of data governance principles and frameworks.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a multi‑vendor environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a team player mentality.
• Willingness to learn and grow technically.
• SAP MDG certification is a plus.

Base Salary Range: $160,000 to $185,000 Per Annum.
