We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Level 2 IT professional to join our team at Polaris Healthcare. As a Level 2 IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our employees and affiliated providers. If you have a strong background in Windows operating systems, systems administration, and network troubleshooting, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide level 2 technical support to employees and affiliated providers via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2019, 2021, and 2025, and Microsoft MS Office 365
Perform systems administration tasks, including Active Directory and Windows Group Policy management
Troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, file, and print services
Utilize solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Microsoft MS Office 365
Experience with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and Citrix is a plus
Utilize Remote Management Tools for troubleshooting and support
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Valid driver's license and reliable car
Compensation:
Salary based on experience: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
